We taste notes of mango, papaya, blackberries, and apple in this microlot from the rainforest of the mountains surrounding Jinotega, Nicaragua. This microlot features Pacamara variety coffee, known for its large bean size and spectacular flavor. This variety is known to be especially difficult to grow, showcasing the skill of the farmers.

The natural processing method that this coffee has gone through allows the natural sugars to seep deep into the bean and create a flavor explosion that showcases the fruitiness of this coffee.
